Free Cinema 4D asset by Berd and news on his latest project for Rayban – Read the interview to download

We wanted to let you know that Berd, our artist of the month, has graciously agreed to donate a free Cinema4D asset to our audience. You can download Berd’s free C4D house, which was part of his fantastic Jubail city render, by clicking on this link: DOWNLOAD C4D FILE!

We have also just had news about Berd’s latest work, a new project for Rayban titled “Made of Music”. Working for creative agency Stinkdigital alongside 3 other designers, Berd created a very unusual music machine. This machine turns tweets into typographic music videos that will react to music. Fun! You can try it by clicking on this link: https://made-of-music.com/464115579100872705. A sample of the resulting musical art is shown as part of Berd’s portfolio on Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/96694071. Capacity.tv uses Renderfeed for Northwest Mutual Spots.

From Capacity’s Site: “We teamed up with our friends at Olson again for the latest installment of our typographically-driven Northwestern Mutual spots and campaign elements. These two :60 second tv commercials are the cornerstone of NM’s latest advertising push, synchronized with March Madness and their new partnership with the NCAA. The Art of Rendering

Check out THIS comprehensive and extremely informative article about all things rendering written by Mike Seymour over at www.fxguide.com

In the words of Mike: “Once considered a commodity item in the whole CG / VFX world – rendering is now a hot topic. CG supervisor Scott Metzger jokes that one can’t talk about renderers without annoying someone. “Renderers are like religion (laughs). Rendering is a religion! Especially now in this era, which is really really exciting, there is so much going on and there are so many renderers, so much happening. To me it is the most exciting part of being in our industry right now.”
