Kyle Franke from Isotope Theory has made THIS great tutorial explaining the extremely useful method of exporting Motion Vectors out of Cinema4D and using RevisonFX’s Real Smart Motion Blur to achieve excellent results.
The advantage to using RSMB is that you are able to adjust motion blur as a post effect and skip the very time cosuming step of rendering motion blur out of Cinema4D.

Saw a cool tutorial over at chicagoc4d.com. Chris Schmidt goes in depth with the new Cinema4D release. From chicagoc4d.com “Chris got his copy of Cinema 4D R13 the morning of our meeting, and as usual didn’t waste any time diving deep into the new features. In this video he starts with the Physical Camera, Physical Render, Motion Blur and other great new rendering features. He then moves on to the incredible new character animation tools. Frank Willeke who is the mastermind behind all the content at www.c4d-jack.de has created Surface Spread, a great environment generation plug in, and it is now supported by Renderfeed. Our friends over at 3devotion.com turned us onto this great plug in. You can see some examples of how 3devotion used it in there teaser video seen HERE. Some of the features of Surface Spread includes are creating landscape scenes, distributing objects according to geological rules, generating parametric landscapes / terrains, generating parametric rocks and stones. With purchase of the plug in you get a shader for infinite color variation and a nice plant library.
